Restore Remove Ads

Open Hoop Academy Settings and tap Restore Purchases while connected and signed into the Apple Account that purchased Remove Ads. Restoring the purchase only restores the ad-free entitlement; it cannot restore a deleted career.

Career backup and recovery

Your career is stored on your iPhone. Use Settings → Export career before changing phones or deleting the app. Settings → Import career replaces the current career after confirmation and keeps a local pre-import copy. If Hoop Academy reports a save problem, use its recovery or export options before starting over.

Report an ad

Email an ad report with the date and time, your country, app version, device, and any advertiser or ad reference shown by the ad. Do not click a live ad just to collect details. Ads never need to load for the game to continue.

Offline play

The game and local career work offline. App Store purchase or restore checks, consent choices, and advertising may require a connection. A missing ad does not block a match or change its result.
